SDS100/SDS200: Sentinel / SDS100 SD card issue

Earlier today I tried to add a new favorite list to my SDS100 . When I connected my scanner to the computer I clicked read to scanner , when the box popped up there was no SD card listed so I could , it did not recognize my scanner . Is there an easy fix to this ?

Did you put the 100 into mass storage mode when prompted on the scanner?

With the scanner turned on, plug in the USB cable. You will get a message on the scanner display to press E to enter USB Mass Storage. Press E on the scanner keypad.

1. Did you use the Uniden supplied cable, or another?
2. (Already asked) - did you get the mass storage mode prompt and press "E"?
