when trying to install software sentinel l software i get error need to install .net Framework ver. 2.0 try to install it still dont work please help

You didn't say which version of Windows you are using, but if it's Windows 10, go to:

Control Panel --> Programs and features --> Turn Windows features on or off (in the upper left corner)

once that window populates, click in the box that says ".NET Framework 3.5 (Includes .NET 2.0 and 3.0)”. You don't need to select the 2 sub-headings under that main one.

Click OK, and it will be installed.
