Is there a way to avoid having to make individual channel selections for alert light color? Alert Light flash patterns?

I was able to do that using ARC software on my 996.

Happy New Year!

When you're in the favorites editor, make the selection once, then mark the column(s) you want to copy using the standard Windows tricks - i.e. putting your cursor in the cell, and using Shift to highlight adjacent cells. For example you could highlight Delay, Alert Tone, and Alert Light all at the same time by clicking in Delay, then holding Shift and cursoring right twice (and letting go of Shift after, of course). Then do Ctrl+C to copy those settings. Then, mark the area you want to copy to the same way (i.e. position your cursor in Delay on the next row, hold Shift, cursor right twice, cursor down (or PgDn) as far as you wish to go, release Shift), and then press Ctrl+V to paste.

Something I'll do before doing what Jay says. . .

Since my alert lights are associated with services (red fire, blue police, etc), I'll do a sort on Service Types, then copying and pasting alert "stuff". It hastens the process a little if there are numerous entries. Then I'll do another sort to finalize my list.

You can also select all using CTRL-A, then change the setting in one cell and it will change all of them in that column.
