SDS100/SDS200: Sentinel Software (Avoids)

I am trying to find a way to DO Multiple Avoids. I go to the Avoid Column And if I have 30 frequencies or talkgroups I want to avoid I have to click on the empty box and press (A) on the key board and then move on to the next one to avoid. Is there a way to do Multiple Avoids.

Make the change to one cell. Once changed (and you are still in the cell), press Cntrl-C (or copy). Then highlight the cells you want avoided and press paste or Cntrl-V. Voila!

I just did this and found if you select the ones you want to Avoid and the right click on the Avoid on the top of the column you will see "Set Avoids" and that will set the ones you selected to Avoid.

Temp avoid or permanent? If permanent just use the CTRL button, and drag, then kill em. Temp avoid I don't know I just tried myself after reading your question. Your welcome, or I'm sorry ; )

Is there a list of short cuts that work with Sentinel Software to do things like this.

The same sort cuts as any spreadsheet editor uses.

If I have a bunch of channels that I want to avoid, I'll put them in their own separate Department. Then through Department Quick Keys, I can turn toggle them. Or the Department itself could be avoided.
