Good Day:

I've got several thousand radios that I've identified with Pro96Com over the years.

I'd like to put those into the files for by BC536HP.

Anyone know of anyway of doing an import in sentinel with radio IDs?

Thanks

I did that with my local system, already having a spreadsheet which matched Radio Unit ID number to the call number associated with that radio.

You can also add columns to the spreadsheet for the Alert Tone and Alert Light settings, if you employ these. The trick is to ensure that they are in the same format used by Sentinel (Red/On versus Red-On). Then you can select, copy and paste all four columns from your source spreadsheet into Sentinel.

What I did was create one entry in Sentinel, then copied the cells from Sentinel and pasted them in my spreadsheet. Then I copied and pasted in Excel. I'll use Red for fire radios, Blue for police, etc. Following that I copied everything into Sentinel.

Thanks the copy and paste was too simple. Didn't think of that, but it works well. Added about 15,000 radios without issue.

Thanks Again
