In the following, what is the "Type" identifying? I want to know what "Site Frequency" is, does that mean "control channel" Or does it mean "trunked"?

Correct. Site frequencies denote frequencies from a single site on a trunked system. Not exclusively a control channel, could be any channel with activity on a trunked radio system
