Sentinel Software Site Selections

I am extremely new at this so please forgive because I have found no info on my question.
When looking at my selected county sites in sentinel, some are displayed in red. What does the red color signify?

Red indicates that they are 'Avoided'.

Along with what W8RMH has stated, get in there and play around. Click on the different headings and see if you get pop-up helper notes. There’s a lot of exploring you can do without worry of corrupting your programming or software. Just remember If you inadvertently change something do not save It.

Thanks both W8RMH and N1CHU, I was worried that it was something I should never touch.
I now see things can be un-avoided and re-avoided.
