Sentinel unable to save display type

Just set up my new SDS200. Every thing seems except Sentinel won't save the display type for the SDS200.
I have change the scanner "Target Model" to SDS200. I changed it on the scanner it's self and it saved.

Any ideas?

I think I understand what you're asking... when you say 'display type" are you meaning Detailed and Simple modes along with Color and Black & White modes?

If so, make sure you are editing the correct Profile if you have more than one, and then have that profile saved and open when you write to the scanner.

Make sure you created a newly named profile with type selected as sds200 give it a test name or something so you can experiment.

I found the way to keep the display type. Under "Edit Profile" go to "Display Options" and shut off "Simple Display". It will now change the display on the scanner.
It looks like "Edit Display" is only to edit each type of display.

BTW This is under the new profile that I created for the SDS200.
