Sentinel

Not sure what has happened, but Sentinel will not work with my BCD436HP. I un-installed it and re-installed it. Still no luck. I plugged the scanner into my Mom's computer, installed the Sentinel that was on the memory card. When it started up, I updated the Sentinel, no problem, retrieved the info from the scanner, changed a few LED notications and sent it back to the scanner. Great, all just like before. I came home and installed it the same way. Installed in a plain folder, C drive, BCD436HP from the SD card, old version but I get the first of many errors. I have the latest .NET FRAMEWORK . The first error is:

Database could not be read.
BCDx36HP Sentinel installation might be corrupt.
Please reinstall BCDx36HP Sentinel (done this many times)

Could not find file
C:\Users\Ed\Documents\Uniden\BCDx36HP\Profile\Present'. (not sure if there is more or not) when I click on the < OK > I get the Sentinel screen

I can not send or receive from the scanner or update , it is like it is look for more files / subdirectories.

People have been talking about not being able to up date the master list since Sunday, It had to do with the bad weather messing something up, the update will be next Sunday.

That would sound right as this seems to have going on for 3 or 4 days. I will wait until Sunday's and try and again.
