Hello All, In SE Ohio we have a semi-private ambulance company. It is Southeast Ohio Emergency Medical Service (SEOEMS). They recently started using MARCS for their Admin Staff to communicate on. Mostly, their traffic is just BS. I'd like to lock out all of their TG's, but, I so far, haven't been able to ID all of what they're using. I've tried to locate them listed in the RR database, but, so don't see them their either....Any suggestions? I'm trying to catch them talking to get the displayed TG to note it, but, haven't made it so far !!! Thanks, Steve/Gallia 911/KB8FAR

Well this is the best thing about the RR Database.
You can do the hunting here.

Lock out al known talkgroups for a while and start listening. Within a week you should have all the talkgroups.

If your using a 96 youll have to do this by eye.

With the 396t I belive there are programs for actually logging al the talkgroups hit.

And once you have them you can then be a contributor to the database.

Have fun.

P.S. Where at in SE ohio? Batavia here. Right up on the top of the hill. Half a mile from 32, the sheriff, and just a stones throw from the CC Airport.

Gallia County, OH....

We're in Gallia County - US35 runs through our county. Along the Mighty Ohio River across from Mason Co, WV. Speaking of your area, the state had a surplus generator with a building in your neck of the woods a while back. We traveled to Butler Co with a semi tractor trailer from our county garage to get it. We're using it to power our sheriff's repeater site !!!!...See the attached photos...Steve/KB8FAR...

Stay away from tape-wound generators. They're like Pro-83s - for amateurs.
