Sounds like that video from the 234 explains what it is - a new channel for the NHSL to use for stop and proceeds to free up the MOW channel.
I wonder what the new radios being installed on the buses are. I would imagine if they are going to work on the current analog 500 system (which from someone who has to use the system and monitors it regularly it sucks) as well as the future 700 system so I'd imagine APX 8500's (don't think you can get 7500's anymore outside of the used market).
I would say that you nailed that one Joe! :)

I listened to all thirty minutes of "stop and proceeds".

Also, "Garrett Hill, keepin' it real"

I wouldn't add it to that page, maybe add it to the page where it shows their 500 mhz channels. (MFL, BSL, MOW Channel)

It's been listed on the state railroads page since it was confirmed. It's a rail operation and covers two counties, so it made sense to me to put it there.
Oh I now see, it's erroneously listed as 453.100. Should be 453.800

O...K?

Typo has been resolved. I'd deny it ever happened but the database turns green when I touch it.
