i got a new scanner and i was woundering what the setting does on the SETC-CH OUTPUT ON OR OFF OR EXTEND & and what it does thanks

It feeds data to utilities that read the control channel data, such as UniTrunker. Make sure that you set this OFF if you're not using that feature, as you won't connect to a PC with that on at the same time.
