Hi, I have a BCD996T scanner I have used the free scan and the ARC996 to program from radioreference, problem is I seem to have all the channels and towers entered in the scanner for Halifax Fire in NS Canada but the only channels I’m receiving on is dispatch (channel 1) and the paging channels, when the units switch to channels 2 thru 8 the operating channels I receive nothing, thanks
