Setting message notification on a specific forum

I would like to set up message notification for all posts left on the Canadian Prairies forum. It seems I set it up for the Unication forum but can't figure out how to set it for the Prairies.

Go into the Forum or Sub Forum and over on the right [below the advertisements] is "watch" - click there for each master forum, or if desired Sub Forum you want to watch

Just watch it. Set it up so you don't get an email notification just an alert which will show up next to the Bell
