Setting up a motorola system on the BC246T

I have a BC246T. I am familiar with the typical method of scanning, where you simply input frequencies. I have never set up a Motorola Type II system on my scanner. I found the page on radio-reference (Scanner Frequencies: Pinellas County Trunking System, Pinellas County, Florida) there is a lot of information, I have figured out how to input the info into the unit, however I am unsure what information I need from the above web page to program the scanner. Any help would be appreciated.
