ProScan: Setting Up Proscan as a Webserver

I needed to do a complete restore on my computer that I had been using as a webserver for Proscan. I have reinstalled Proscan, but forgot how to set up the webserver. I believe I had seen a post with step by step setup instructions. Can someone point me to it? I cannot find it

You didn't mention what scanner you are using, or if you are using LAN connection, or USB.... but see if this helps:
