Setting up Scanner for frequencies

I am looking at the frequencies for the TxWARN and Groveton in Trinity county. When I import the frequencies using Sentinel, it has the frequences but in the Band plan all the entries are zeros. Is this something that needs to be program?

You don’t need to enter a band plan. TxWARN is a P25 Digital system. The scanner gets whatever band plan info it needs from the control channel data stream.
