Setup Feed as Relay

Hi,

I've tried to use the Help tab on the Manage Feed page to ask for this, but either my request isn't being received, or I'm not receiving the admin's responses. I need feed 23051 setup to relay http://stream.memhamwan.net:8000/ham-w4bs-146-82.mp3

You did submit a help ticket on May 16.

However, it lacked the needed info we need to set up a relay feed.

I replied back to you on May 16 requesting the needed info but you never replied with that info so after waiting a couple days I closed the ticket.

Thanks for clarifying. I was able to go and look through e-mails and find that it was due to an issue with how our ticketing system (which the e-mail on our account imports to) interacted with your ticketing system. Ours tried to create an account for yours but that failed:

The error that the other server returned was:

Then as a result, the rest of the thread (including your replies) never got put into our ticket.
