Heads up you AM BCB DXers, keep your ears open for blocked northern stations and unusual stuff from the south. South and Central America starts popping in on nights like these.
They're saying the Northern Light show may dip all the way down into the Ohio valley.

Saw nothing here in southern Wisconsin with clear, dark skies. Photos from central Wisconsin seem to show it low to the horizon, and northern Wisconsin seem to have it real good.
Saw nothing in Southern Indiana. One thing I did notice on my live scanner feed that covers mainly 800Mhz public safety band is that they did have issues with communications during last couple days. I believe I heard them having issues with their mobile computer system(s). Also heard Ham's talking about the propagation conditions last night being horrible.
