Severe weather:Tues 4-3-2012

Severe weather is possible in Indiana from 8PM Tues 4-3-2012 thru the overnight hours into Weds 4-4-2012. high winds and hail are possible.Tornados are a low risk.National Weather Service Indianapolis has posted that storm spotters will not be needed but they are asked to call in to report severe weather. Storm Predication Center also says that the severe weather in Indiana is a slight risk. Slight Risk area is from Northwest Indiana thru Indianapolis to the south of our state.This would be a great idea to leave the NWS weather alert radio along with listening to local radio and tv media for watches and warnings. Central Indiana Skywarn Net on 146.970 and 442.650 would also be another great souce to keep updated on real time conditions in your county during severe weather.

Thank goodness the NWS is using RR for getting severe weather info out! No idea how they ever did this before NES came along...

Loose the attitude. He isn't trying to replicate the NWS. He's merely posting it here for all to see and it could end up being radio related. There is nothing wrong with him posting this. If you don't like it, don't click on it.

@rdale.....I understand what you were trying to say. I think the point of the dated severe weather thread is to discuss radio events that occur during that days severe weather.
