I heard them refer to tactical-ch-3 today during an incident. Anyone have any idea what frequency this is? The database here says nothing about any tactical channels for Police.

The database here says they're licensed for one VHF freq., but they may be using ITAC/ICALL freqs or STOCS, which a lot of towns are covered via CT state license. Check the FCC database for Seymour, you may find your answer there (then let me know, I may be working in Seymour in the near future).
