SFD Channel 10

Last night, heard "Channel 10," on their dispatch channel. Could anybody please tell me what channel that is i.e. what it's called? I really can't seem to figure it out no matter how hard I try.

What talk group came up for the units that were dispatched? There is a talk group in the data base called "SFD Multipurpose". It is TG 2096. Perhaps that is what is being called "Channel 10".
