SFD Channel 10?

When I was touring Station 28 a couple weeks ago, I learned that SFD has access to a Channel 10 for chit chat. I NEVER found it on KCERS let alone on PSERN! Could it be a simplex freq? I would love anyone's insight on this so I can add it in.

PSERN SFD
Command Channel 12 - 117
Command Channel 11 - 115
*Command Channel 10 - 113 ???????

113 is what Ch. 6 (Aid/Medic Responses) is now. There must be something maybe simplex, I'm not sure.
