Sfpd 396t programming

I would appreciate help with programming SFPD & SFFD into a 396t using ARC396. I have been successful with ALCO, San Mateo County, OPD, but seem to be missing something and need some hand holding with SFPD & SFFD. Which system type do I use, etc.
