Hey n3bxv

That looks great. What are you running on the 2 smaller flat screens?
Is that a Strisburg (I think thats the compant name) coupler.

Take care

I'm running Trunker on a Dell Inspiron 4000 laptop on the tright hand screen, but nothing yet on the left. I'm getting an KVM switch this week and am planning on sharing the left hand screen between a computer dedicated to radio control and what I term my "dirty computer", which is currently a laptop on which that I do most of my web surfing. That way my main computer stays a bit isolated from the big bad web, and I can wipe and reload the laptop as needed... I've had quite a problem with spyware in the past.

Yep that's a stridsberg multicoupler, great device... It's currently hooked to a Diamond Discone.

I wonder where all the scanners are plugged into since I see a hardly used plug on the left. No surge protection power bars on that one. Just seems like a lot of stuff. Not sure how you got it all plugged into outlets? I'm just a techy person, so got me curious since I could over 16 things to plug in, but seems odd you have no plug strip on the outlet under the window.

I believe the cords to the scanners on the right side of desk go to a outlet behind draws on right side of screen.mike

Stunning setup! That desk (minus the number of radios) is nearly identical to mine too.

All the scanner's minus one are running off of a MFJ switching power supply that feeds two DC Distro panels, one a "RigRunner" and one Saratoga "PowerPanel". The radios are connected to them.. Once I get the wires all "nice" I'll post a pic... . It's nice I can turn all the radios on with one switch...
The one scanner that feeds the computer with TRUNKER runs 24/7 so it's plugged directly to an outlet

Thank you, cool. I always love seeing how things are wired. I spend hours under my desk trying to get everything nice safe and proper. : )

Nice shack! Being located in Severn I'm assuming you retired from Meade, also notice the INSCOM patch in the shadow box. PM me if you'd like with your MOS, etc. Former INSCOM'er myself '89-00.
