Shank Communications

Has anyone ever picked up any traffic off of the Shank Communication system. I programmed it and the site frequencies into my sds100 and have it running in discovery mode. I’m getting a good strong nex9 signal, but never any traffic. Just wondering if this system is actually in use.

Oh yeah, there are a few T.G.s on this system. Not a lot of use though. I have not seen any T.G. higher than 10 but that is with my limited listening. 3 and 4 are the most active.

About what time do you notice the traffic out of that site?

Picked up the system while I was in Clinton last weekend. Strong signal but no traffic as well. Seems very....rural and quiet.

I did give up after 5min and go back to MSWIN.
