SHARA Dubuque Sites

Hi All, I live in Grant Co WI and as of right now from Platteville I can not pick up the Dubuque Site with my Unication G5. Not sure if its a programing issue or if its just out of range as of now. But as far as range goes does anyone know if there is talks of adding more sites around Dubuque that would allow it to come up. I would assume that they would most likley wind up sticking a site on the Grant Co site that they have right?
