Maybe this would be better asking in an aviation forum, but I'm hoping that some of you that listen to Sky Harbor air traffic on a regular basis can answer a couple questions.
In the mid 2000's the helicopter operating LOA was updated and renamed from "Sharp Delta" to "Sharp Echo". In the past this LOA was published on the Internet. Sharp Echo included operating procedures in Sky Harbor's class bravo airspace, and also uncontrolled operation in the valley on 123.025. I though I caught a reference the other day on an air frequency of "Sharp Alpha". Has it been revised and renamed? Does anyone have a link to the latest LOA for helo operation around Sky Harbor?
