AT approx 1930hrs a Black Male escaped from the Shelby Co. Jail in Sidney Oh. There are several roadblocks on the S. side of Sidney, K9s from surrounding counties called in SRT team is enroute. According to another inmate suspect has clothes stashed in Sidney and plans to hijack a car after dark.OSP ground and Air support called in.. Live feed link below............Hoser

According to the news at 11, subject was held at gunpoint by a volunteer firefighter who has a concealed carry permit in the area of his home.................Hoser
