Shelby County DEC

I just noticed an update for P25 Shelby County Ohio. The DEC numbers are in the 100's I have never seen numbers that low. Can someone please explain.

It's a new system, not intended to be as large as MARCS, and therefore doesn't need as large of a talkgroup plan as others. Talkgroup IDs can be as low as 2. The Medina/Ottawa/Parma system starts at 300. No real reason other than 100 is a nice round number to start with when you don't need 5 digits to cover all your needed usage.
