Can anyone advise if this system is active?

If so, please advise the control channel(s) and CT.

I have never found it active and I go past it often, not sure what the deal is or was but it seems the system was never active.

Doing some further research I found they are supposed to have 2 control points and 201 units and a 40KM radius from said control points. I think I'll take a ride down there and see if I can figure out anything new again, I know all their trucks have radios but never heard anything out of them. It's supposedly a Motorola system so we'll see. I may have found something on this system so that may help. Apparently the database only has one of the sites listed which may be why the CC hasn't been found.
