Shelby County radio towers.

Just wondering but are the other towers (all but north) just repeater towers for the same talkgroups? As in, the talkgroups listed are transmitted at the same time all all the other towers?

The talk groups are the same on my radio with the different towers. It seems like the North repeater is the strongest though.
