If you won't want d-star than the "A" for $245 sounded good, the "AD" sounds about right at $400ish. We do have the 440 D-star machine on Spencer Mt and they have talked about a 2 meter for the Hood Rd site (CH-36 tower) so those are two things to consider if you'll really want to play with digital around here.
