Picked up Talkgroup ID: 65535 on both 172.6500 and 166.900 tonight at 10:30-11:00. Anybody else heard the same thing? I heard them say "Testing and yeah I can hear you". NAC is 4F9. Site is 1FQ. Picked up on my BCD996XT.

I didn't hear it. But does this mean they are taking their various repeater frequencies and turning them into a trunked system?

No, but P25 can have TG's enabled in conventional mode
