You may want to try and limit yourself to one post, instead of making multiple posts. Perhaps a mod can merge these.

Anyway, I think most RCMP activity in your area is on the Guysborough talkgroup (7664), which is listed. At least I think that's the talkgroup I heard in use last time I was in Sherbrooke.
St. Mary's hospital shares the same talkgroup as Guysborough Memorial Hospital (16080), so they will both be heard on the same channel. I should update the database to reflect that they share it.
DOT (actually TIR, Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal) should be on the Guysborough talkgroup, 432.
And EHS activity would be on their North 2 talkgroup (37072) which covers eastern HRM, Guysborough, Pictou and Antigonish counties.

Hope that helps!

Keep in mind those distances in the database are "best guesses", your actual mileage (no pun intended) may vary depending on geography and topography.

As well, FD is using Shubie Radio Talk group for just basic comms to dispatch, otherwise we are still on VHF as we have horrid COverage zones for Here at TMR

Correct, St.Mary's/GMH share TG 16080
Correct, RCMP Guysborough County(includes Canso & Sherbrooke) TG 7664,
RCMP Musq.Hbr TG 64144 covers HRM East.
Other Possibilties;
