Possible shooting Basswood & Park Vista
Near the YMCA.
Possible stabbing victim in greenbelt of roadway or near low water crossing and/or ups.
Possible Hispanic male.
Possibly a hoax.
Not a very clear situation at all.
Apparently in the park between Basswood and Western Center.

Knife was stuck in thigh.
