Deputys responded to a Shooting at 1800 West First Street(Apple Bees.) Suspect was Donald White,44,of Dayton. He was driving his Registered Red Acura, he pulled up besidea car and fired Five rounds into the Driver!
Deputys caught up with him leaving Springfield, heading back to Dayton. They tailed him to 235,70 W Bound on Route 4. There he steped out with a Gun and fired at Deputys. He was Shot in the Chest and Leg. Careflight was called to the scene, Donald White died at Miami Valley Hospital.
