See the new space comm forum - I don't know if 147.45 (which used to be very widely heard, even tho it's simplex from GARC in Greenbelt) - will be used, but I used to be able to hear it even on indoor antennas in my home. The other possibility is on HF - WA3NAN will, as I understand it, be on the air.
The last time the shuttle launched a few folks reported hearing 259.7 - but that will work only if the launch trajectory carries it over this area.
[edit] another possibility might be to use one of the tunable receiver websites (that's on the wiki) such as DX Tuners. Or perhaps Nightwatch will use one of his Teamspeak feeds for this (if enough folks ask...)
