Sierra County California - fire radio channels

info from an official looking document online - H = high power - N = narrowband (11K2F3E) - input PLs have been redacted

comparing this to the RRDB - looks like the 'simplex repeaters' are 'crossband repeaters'

Just checked the FCC ULS for 154.385 licenses in the Sierra County area. Didnt see anything that looked like a 'simplex repeater' at Alleghany. Placione Ridge CSD is licensed for some 154.385 mobiles at Alleghany. Perhaps the 'simplex repeater' is a MO3 linked to a low band system? Or perhaps there is a low power base in Alleghany linked to low band?

In regards to the 158.94 listing for Pike FD - Pliocene Ridge CSD has ULS License - Public Safety Pool, Conventional License - WQAJ536 - Pliocene Ridge CSD - Frequencies Summary - which includes 1 mobile on 46.50 - and - 1 base and 1 repeater and mobiles on 158.94 - that might be a hint.
