Signal ID help

Hello All.

I have not been able to ID this signal. Any ideas? I see/hear this quite a bit. These bursts seem to show up in a given block of spectrum and not just on one frequency.

This is an example of one of the many types of ionospheric sounders (propagation measuring devices) that you can can hear just about anywhere at any time on HF.
