Hi just wondering if anybody knows woh use frequency 8812 usb heard the end of transmission few days ago sounds like marine weather and my fiance found another frequency 8502 usb its also marine weather both sound american and coming in strong signal to australia thanks.

Hi Martin 8812usb caught transmission towards the end but it was definetley american will keep trying to see if i can hear it again.

Quite a few weather stations must be using the same software - listen to New York Volmet, San Fran Volmet etc - the voice is always the same! I guess all you need to do is type in the English or a stock of standard phrases in your language - Turkish perhaps - and it all comes out the same.
