Signal Quality Loss

Just a question on the South Dakota State Radio System. I live 30 miles North East of Watertown and for many years from my antenna outside my house have been able to have 99% modulation on the Summit, Toronto and Watertown towers. As of now, Toronto I can't pickup anything and Watertown is 40%-60%, which is pretty hard to listen too because of transmissions cutting in and out. Summit I still get 99%. I have 2 different antennas do don't think anything with my equipment. Anybody else noticing the same thing? Any ideas?

Make sure you have the alternate control channel entered for the Toronto tower along with the main control channel. Sometimes they will switch to the alternate control channel for extended periods. Mitchell tower has been on the alternate channel often lately for example.
