Here in Bethany, I had about 1/2" of ice under about 4" of snow on the driveway. I do have some drifts around 6-8", but nothing like Christmas day!

Got my workout for the day, cleared the snow AND ice off the drive! Fortunately, the ice came up pretty easily with a square-head shovel. Some of my neighbors just shoveled the snow off, but that ice is *slick* once it's uncovered.

In Midwest City, I had 3/4" of ice on the electrical service drop to the house. It fell off this morning some time. I shoveled the driveway but didn't measure the snow. It was somewhere around four to five inches over up to 3/4" of ice. With a lot of effort, the ice came up. Curiously, as I was shoveling, I noticed that the snow had a bluish tint to it. I don't know if it was the snow or somthing to do with my sunglasses.

I was relieved that I never had any power issues.

Snow around some car tires and some trees here north of Edmond had a yellow tint to it. I don't think it had anything to do with sunglasses though.
