Hello all. I sent the HP-1 scanner back to Uniden with a great description of the issues, and what has been tried so far. They performed a "cold solder repair" and my scanner came back, 100% the way I sent it. I can receive my local PD/fire/ems by entering the 460.1750 in quick scan. It comes in fine that way, but for some strange reason, all I have tried has not worked. Just updating those that cared enough to answer my post. Thanks all!
