OK ... So ... Does anyone have a general order, memo, plasticized card, etc, from SIM that shows the channel layout for the radios? Because the DB listing here (and how it transposes into a BCDx36HP radio), is a little ... odd.
Do they still do A, B, C zones? If so, what are the channels in each zone? I'm assuming Ops, Command, and Regroupment? But what about the simplex fireground channels? Where do they fit? They used to be Zone B on the old system, IIRC.
And why no channels 9 or 10? OK, there is a TAC 9 simplex channel.
Looks like each zone might still be 16 channels (because that's what a 25-year old Motorola handheld could have in each zone - don't worry, lots of places are like that, not just Montreal).
