Not necessarily new, but new to me, earlier this year Simon Malls instituted its own centralized dispatch center.

Realize something was different today when I was hearing "OIC to Greenwood" on Greenwood Mall's repeater.

They have had the center for a long time for monitoring and dispatch of security and services, but were only doing radio for a couple of property. Most times they did a phone call to the mall office. Now it's all done here downtown. The system is patched into so many radios it's insane. They still have DMR 800for CCM, analog UHF for most property, but have been updating to DMR as much as they can. They also have a couple of NXDN places. They also have UHF DMR for the Simon Tower HQ. (That is for what they still run anyway. CCM isn't officially there's anyone as it got sold a few months ago, but they still run the show for a little while until all contract etc are done.)
