simple question im sure.

Newbie here with what I am sure is a simple question for most of you.
I have tried to program three diff scanners with several freq for medair in my area. All 3 revert to a diff freq after I program them. 154.0025 reverts to 154.000, 151.1975 reverts to 151.1950 and 150.7975 reverts to 150.7950.
Can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong and how to get these into my scanners?

You didn't say what kind of scanner it is but it probably will only accept 5 kHz (.005 MHz)
increments. If you try to input something else it will round it to the next .005 step. If you can
change the frequency step size set it to 2.5 or 7.5 kHz, otherwise there is nothing you can do
but you will still be able to hear them just fine. If you want to listen to 154.0025 you can
experiment with 154.000 and 154.005 and see if one sounds better than the other.
