I told someone today that I was unable to monitor Mesa fire at all. They called me later to say that all I needed was to monitor Simulcast D.. Well that would be fine but I can't find anything in the DB that makes reference to that.. Can someone help me out here??

Simulcast D is an old and no longer used descriptor for the Mesa simulcast.
And just for reference, Simulcast E is the old 800 MHz West Valley simulcast, completely replaced by the 700 MHz Simulcast G.

Id heard rumors that Gilbert/Mesa were going to rejoin the RWC due to ongoing comm issues especially mutual aide and having to carry 2 radios at times.. Anybody know if this is true?
Those were the plans and may still be. They don't have to carry two radio's though as the APX radio's in use have both VHF and 800 in one radio.
