SIN : System Lockout Won't Stick

When using the SIN command in XT radio remote command mode the system lockout will not stick. The scanner returns OK after the complete SIN command w/ parameters is sent and other settings such as system name, delay & hold are fine.
Is it not possible to lockout a System using the SIN command?

Trunked systems are locked out by locking out all the sites in the system.

Well post the SIN command you are using and I can give you some idea if it is right or not.

Here I made sure that all the commas & slots are lined up.
256 is conventional & 202 is MOT TRS.

When any parameter in the Trunked Systems is changed it will not stick.
When system lockout is uploaded using SIN command (slo variable). to a CNV system, lockout is removed.

There aren't that many parameters you can apply at with the SIN command for trunked systems, like QK, start key, and lockout. You make it "stick" by applying these things using the TRN command and at the site level rather then the system level.
