Last week, MSP Trooper 5 went to Ruby, but I heard zero communications between MSP and WVU MedCom. Nothing on SIRN, nothing on the med-channels, etc. Any clue what they might be using instead?
Possibly MD's FIRST system. They have med patches to just about anywhere.Last week, MSP Trooper 5 went to Ruby, but I heard zero communications between MSP and WVU MedCom. Nothing on SIRN, nothing on the med-channels, etc. Any clue what they might be using instead?
Just started hearing WVSP Romney and 1 or 2 troopers on TG 9020 on the Martinsburg tower.
It’s a secondary channel for Preston county. They are using for dispatch as SIRN policies prohibit encryption on main dispatch.Caught TG623 off of the Sand Springs site, fully ENC. 60xxx, 63xxx, 90xxx, 95xxx, and 98xxx ID'S. Seems like possibly a law interop channel
Likely new Princeton WV (Mercer) SIRN Site (pending app):
BLUEFIELD AREA TRANSIT AUTHORITY

PRINCETON, WV
MERCER County

452.600

Just a couple of sites that I know of Belleville and Princeton need to be confirmed. I just can't confirm them at my remote location with my 700/800 yagi.Good to be back. I appreciate your posting of the meeting minutes for the SIRN. Looking forward to the Hinton site as I have a river camp in Summers County. Everything in the county is currently analog no digital even though there is a site in Alderson in Greenbrier County.
Would it be possible that they put it on the same tower as MARCS Site 3.56? It's just west of Reedsville, and one of 2-3 towers in the whole area per Antenna SearchAnyone down in the Belleville WV / Reedsville OH area -- ya know, in Wood Co WV? @firemantom26 discovered that the Belleville site ( 1.55 ) is online with CC of 454.0125. This is based upon reports from peer site Rockport.
Site 1.55 Belleville (Wood Co)
454.0125 CC
If you are down in the Belleville area and can run Pro96Com / Unitrunker / DSDPlus on 454.0125, please do so and gather all of the vital information for the Belleville site and post/submit it. Looks to be using Lauttamus-provided 454 mhz freqs.
FYI -- would not surprise me if the Belleville site is actually across the river in Reedsville. I say that because it's likely the only reason the Belleville site exists is to cover the river, and that's likely better covered from across the river in Reedsville. But hey, who knows. Pure speculation.
Thanks
Mike
